Good service,got product in 8 business days by express mail to America. Took a few days to reach customer service to get tracking number, they had a technical issue, excellent product, delivered in perfect shape
I had positive experience with this company. Yes, the delivery takes about a 1.5 weeks to the US, but assuming overseas shipment that's acceptable. Customer Support is top notch. They responded to my inquiry within coupe of hours and then even called back to verify that I received the e-mail. Provided tracking number for me so I can monitor delivery status myself without bugging them, LOL. Anyway, they provide money back guarantee, so I see no risk in ordering next time. Hope this is helpful.
