call them many times no call back
email them no reply.
never received the product email them no respond after 2 weeks.call them ansering machine was to be call back in 2 hours still wathing. a real scam

I was thrilled. They only called me once to confirm the order, and 2 weeks later I received my meds. Definitely, a lifetime customer.
As far as I'm concerned Epillsrx is a frauddulent operation. They never delivered what was ordered and when I called them I got an answering machine. When I went to their online support no one was available to man the site. They sent me a USPS trackinh # and the post office has no record of that #.
I had great service from start to finish. Ordered online, they called and confirmed my order the next day. Product arrived on time and worked exactly as the brand name used to.
