I noted that pharmacyescrow.com used as its correspondence address in London, and address with an invalid postcode - when I said this in a chat to "Nancy" she told me I could go and check - so I told her (I am from London!!) that I had done, and at 27 Old Gloucester st is merely an address service company called British Monomarks Ltd - postcode WC1N 3 AX - the postcode given on the website ends 3XX and the royal mail postcode finder confirms does not exist. for

Ordered Lipitor from PharmacyEscrow.com on 3/18. Received 3 emails within 24 hours (steps 2-4) indicating receipt of payment, order sent to Dr for prescription and order sent to pharmacy for placement. 3 days later received email indicating slight delay of shipment due to stocking of order in New Zealand. Received product 2-weeks later - all in all earlier than indicated on website. Whatever problems this company had in the past (see below) it appears to be addressed. Recommend.

FYI Pharmacy Escrow.com's address appears to be a mailbox. 27 Old Gloucester StreetLondon WC1N 3XXUnited Kingdom - Google Map it and you can view it at street level and see that it's a small building with a cafe,etc. with 155 OTHER BUSINESSES LISTED at that same address: http://maps.google.com/maps?q=27+Old+Gloucester+Street%0D%0ALondon+WC1N+3XX%0D%0AUnited+Kingdom&sourceid=ie8-activity&hl=en. Not necessarily a bad thing but be forewarned. I don't use DrugDelivery anymore. I did order from them and it took nearly 5 weeks to get my product (HCG). It was a high quality but the wait time is ridiculous and the tracking number doesn't exist in the US. So no tracking. I'm just lucky I got my product and it wasn't held up at customs (which happened to a few other HCG'ers). So you take your chances...and I got lucky I guess.

I order from Alldaychemist right now, but the quality isn't as good in my opinion. But shipment is within 3 weeks and their tracking numbers work in the US. The only other way is to pay serious $ for a local clinic to prescribe (althouth pharmacy cost is much cheaper, the doc cost is outof this world!).

Yeah, so I am in the same boat as all of you. I ordered and have waited the allotted time, and after almost a month, I complained and demanded that they reship it express...this was a week ago today that they said it was reshipped it and to await the 10-14 business days, so I complained that they had said they would ship it express, and of course, they were like oh yeah, you\\'re right, it went out express, please wait 7-14 business days...needless to say, I never ever expect to see this product.....ever.....

This is my question. I used to work in credit card disputes, and I know for a fact, that had a company had so many complaints against it, and chargebacks for non receipt of item, they would lose their ability to take credit cards, so HOW then, are they still able to accept credit cards? That was MY basis for assuming they must be for real.....

WTF.... I am very dissapointed.

If you are thinking of ordering from these guys think again. I tried ordering HCG and found out that their \\\"tracking\\\" from usps is total crap. Does someone know of a reliable source??? You can read the conversation, but is best summed up with this:

Jenny: Typically it takes 48 hours for the refund to be issued. Once done, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account.

I place an order at www.drugdelivery.ca more than a month ago, as to this day they hane neither sent me a valid tracking number nor cancelled my order. They charged me from the day I place the order an now that it is their turn to deliver the medication they make a thousand excuses, the most recent one that they have allready deliver it LOL... Never got a thing, I am going to talk to my banc.

My friend Carolina and I, both place orders at www.drugdelivery.ca about the same time (May 4). It is June 6 and by this time we are sick with the company, we have both received emails saying that our orders have already ship however when we track the package it is never found on the USPS website. The people at the chat (who by the way are professional liars and very skilled at coming up with excuses) keep telling us that we should give 20 days for the shipment to appear in the USPS website that it not posted there because the package is not yet on US territory. First, the whole purpose of a tracking number is actually tracking a package regardless of its location, second how come they dare sending fake USPS tracking numbers if the package were not in USA then it would not exist such tracking number.

After waiting for 3 weeks (after I received the shipping confirmation email) and concluded Drug Delivery never intended to send my medication I decided to call my credit card company and deny the charge because I had never received the merchandise. Of course Drug Delivery

DON'T TRUST FAKE WEBSITES, \"WATCH DOGS\" AND REVIEWS THAT PROMOTE THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam. Don't trust them. They have put reviews and people like him all over the internet to make their company sound legit. They take so long to ship so it will be too late for you to cancel by the time you realize you aren't going to get you stuff. They have weird pauses on the phone, don't send cancelation e-mails. It's bad news.
Also watch out for a website they must own called Metacafe. I posted a bad review there and it was gone the next day. f look at the link for Metacafe.com they have countless \"reviews\" placed there to promote Drugdelivery.ca.com. Fishy huh? They must own it or pay them.When Drugdelivery.ca doesn't want to deal with you anymore they send you a link where \"you review and update your inquiry\" are just basically posting to yourself. There isn't ever any reply back.

DRUGDELIVERY.CA is either a scam or the most INCOMPETENT company I have ever dealt with. First, after placing your order (and paying for rush processing) they give you a "tracking" number that is totally and completely USELESS. Not only to the customer, but them as well!! I ordered my product and was told 14-18 business days by a rep and the site.I was even sent the delivery times in my confirmation email! So I called on day 18 and was told it was supposed to be 16-21 days even though the recording on their phone line while you wait says 14-18( just like the first rep, the website, AND the confirmation I was sent). The rep said that the site has not been updated yet which was a poor excuse when updating content on a site takes barely any time at all. During that same conversation, the rep said that he would get back to me within 2 days time by email after contacting the pharmacy. Yeah, well, never got it. I called again( product still not here 24 days later) and was asked to "wait a few more days, maam". This rep also said that he will get back to me so, after being blown off before, I asked him to verify my email address. He did correctly. Blow off #3. I went thru their chat service as well(the source of blow off #2)and still could not get at least a viable explanation as to what the problem is ( I printed all of my chats by the way. Helpful proof when you need your bank to reverse that charge and refund your money). Why in the HELL can't these people find their own product?! They couldn't even tell me if the product was here in the states! Finally, I called to ask for a refund, they immediately started asking me to wait( w/no explanation) and I said no. I asked for a supervisor because I was serious about getting my refund. The rep tried to tell me that the pharmacy had the money, not them and that I would need to wait for delivery, etc, etc,. I told them "Hell No!" and that I don't want anything from them but my money. The rep then put me on hold to get the sup and I waited for a while before calling out hello at which time she immediately came back on the phone. then the supervisor was handed over and I asked who I needed to talk to to get my refund processed. She tried smoothing things over but by then I had more than had it. I am not a rude person by nature. as a matter of fact, I tend to be the peacemaker in my life. So anyway, she put me on hold again after I insisted on my refund AND NEVER CAME BACK.That's right, never answered when I called out, NEVER EVEN TOLD ME THEY WERE PUTTING ME ON HOLD, I JUST DIDN'T HEAR THEM ANYMORE! I immediately called my bank while I was still "on the phone" with them,talked to a rep, put in my complaint and request for a refund,and immediately had my payment charged back. After that was done, I hung up on DRUGDELIVERY.CA or MED ESCROW, or whatever they call themselves. I KNOW THIS WAS LONG, BUT I WANTED TO BE CLEAR ABOUT THE MOST DISGUSTING BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. If any of this is happening, be prepared to fight for a refund.

I ordered HCG from drug delivery twice and yes, it took a while to receive the package. However, when I received the tracking number I was able to track the package when it reached the states. Both of my experiences have been good. When I called because I thought it was excessive in the amount of time to receive the package, they were kind.

As far as I am concerned, DrugDelivery.ca is a scam company. I never received the product I paid for, nor did I receive a refund from them. They never provided an adequate explanation as to what happened with the order. First, it took them 1 month after I placed to order to ship it, as least they CLAIMED they shipped it. After two additional months of waiting and waiting for the shipment and countless emails to the pharmacy inquiring about the status of the order, asking them to track it, etc, I had to backcharge the payment on my credit card, as customer service simply stopped responding to my polite and patient inquiries about the status of my order. I eventually got my money back from my credit card company, not from DrugDelivery,ca, but I lost 3 months dealing with them, during which time I was supposed to be taking my medication. If you value your time, money and health, and if you want to actually receive the medication you paid for, don't order from DrugDelivery.ca!
